This past week Alicia Keys celebrated her 32nd birthday in Spain while attending the Prinicipales Awards where she won best American artist/composer of the decade.
As she worked the red carpet, it was obvious to see that she is in the best shape of her life! After having her first child Egypt, with husband/producer Swiss Beats, Alicia turned to Hollywood trainer Jeanette Jenkins to help her bounce back from her baby body.
Jeanette Jenkins revealed to Katie Couric in an interview that Alicia’s Secret to looking good is kick boxing. One of her favorite combinations is the Double Knee, Jump Kick and back kick. This combo tones the butt, thighs and abs. It also helps boosts your metabolic rate and burns calories all at the same time.
