Diddy & Mark Wahlberg launch AquaHydrate

Is there anything that Diddy doesn’t do?

The entertainment powerhouse Diddy a.k.a Sean Combs has teamed up with actor Mark Wahlberg to partner in a new business venture that doesn’t involve music or acting. This time Diddy is putting his talents behind the Southern California water and wellness brand called  AQUAhydrate. The business arrangement entails Diddy and Wahlberg to be brand architects of the company.

Diddy says “As a brand architect, I am incredibly passionate and equally committed to every aspect of the businesses that I get involved with,”. “Partnering with AQUAhydrate and Mark is an incredible opportunity for me and I am looking forward to making history in the process. It’s important for me to be part of something that drives me and is constantly pushing the boundaries, and that’s what AQUAhydrate does. Together, we’re going to take AQUAhydrate to the next level.”

Wondering what’s so special and different about  AQUAhydrate water that would make a mogul like Diddy want to take part in?

AQUAhydrate consists of  “A proprietary blend of electrolytes and trace minerals called ConcenTrace enhances our water with 72 different electrolytes and trace minerals. We source our electrolytes and minerals from the mineral-rich marine regions of Utah to ensure quality and taste. AQUAhydrate changes the “DNA” of water by using electrolysis (electric currents) to supercharge our water. Because of this, the pH level is raised from neutral to an alkaline pH9+ state without the use of liquid concentrates or additives. Taste the difference!”

Mr.Combs commented on his instagram page that  “AQUAhydrate is the best tasting water in the world”

One thing we know for sure is that Diddy knows taste.

She is learning that the body really does respond to what you put into it, workout wise, food wise, sleep wise. “I find that when I am well rested, working out and when I’m drinking a lot of water, I feel better, so I look better, and I dont want to lose that feeling”.

After the devastating loss of her mother, Jennifer learned the importance of working out and taking care of one self. “When life hits you so hard—whether someone you care for dies or your lover leaves you—working out can save your life. It certainly saved mine.”

Kate Upton’s Sports Illustrated Exercise Regimen

The Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition is here, and the beautiful model Kate Upton is on the cover. Wondering how she got in shape for the cover? FitSugar caught up with her personal trainer David Kirsch to find out how.

She sweat outside: “We started out in East Hampton and did very basic track and field work. We did wind sprints at the high school on the track, when the sun went down, we did bleacher drills up and down. And she wasn’t very happy about that. That’s where we started . . . When we were out at the beach or playground, we did hanging knee raises and the monkey bars. Whatever was around us, we did it.”

She changed her diet: “I didn’t know how she had been eating before, but I knew how I wanted her to eat going forward. She would come over, and we’d eat together. So she saw how I ate and how I fed my daughter, and she saw that it would be tasty and fun. It wasn’t going to be an oppressive, tasteless experience . . . we dialed her into the fact that she could eat, get fit, and lose weight. Starving yourself is the furthest thing from my philosophy.”

Beyonce’s Super Bowl Performance Is A Great Workout!

Pepsi Super Bowl XLVII Halftime Show

Beyonce shut down the Superbowl during the half time perfomance in New Orleans yesterday. Literally she shut it down by causing half the stadiums lights to go out. Her performance was filled with pyrotechnic explosions, halograms, singing and you can not forget all that dancing.

It was 13 minutes of straight all out high intensity choreography. Filled with dips, kicks, rolls, turns, all in heels that work every major muscle in the body. Mrs. Carter’s half time performance was one heck of a cardio session working her glutes, quads and core.

Beyonce has admitted before that what helps her stay in shape, and what helped her lose weight after giving birth to her daughter was dancing.

Spice up your cardio session by putting on your heels, turning on the music and dancing away. A one hour dance session in heels can burn up to 800 calories or more.
