Jennifer Aniston plays a stripper in her new movie “We’re The Millers.”

Although Aniston won’t be nude in the film, she did have to step up her work out regiment for the racy role.

Aniston credited her yoga teacher Mandy Inger for her toned body, and explained to “Extra” that she had to double up the amount of yoga than she normally does.

“You get up into my age and you’ve gotta do a little bit more,” Aniston told Extra.

We can agree that the increase in working out is definitely doing Aniston justice!

Cher Offers Her Son Money To Lose Weight

Cher has offered her son Chaz Bono a monetary reward to lose weight.

She even tweeted her encouragement for his weight loss by tweeting: “I’m paying him 1K a lb. 2 lose weight…So he has made $65,000!”

Bono is known publicly to have struggles with his weight, by participating on shows like VH1’s Celebrity Fit Club and Season 13 of Dancing With the Stars.

So far Bono has lost 43 pounds through diet and exercise and plans on losing 40 more pounds.

Now that’s what I call motivation!

Intense Training Risks Health For MMA Fighter Junior De Santos

For UFC Heavyweight Champion fighter Junior De Santos, intense workouts, training, and injuries comes with the job.

“You know, I think it’s worth it. This is my life. This is everything I have. People don’t know how hard we work and what we sacrifice to be successful. MMA athletes train so much you know.”

To prepare for fights with Cain Velasquez and Mark hunt, De Santos admitted that he over-trained, training twice a day for up to three hours.

Because of extreme exercising, De Santos suffered from rhabdomyolysis, which causes muscle fiber to break down and get into the blood stream.

Doctors also found that De Santos’ Creatine Kinase was too high, which was used to diagnose the rhabdomyolysis.

But that’s not the first time De Santos health was at risk. Prior to his fight against Frank Mir, he severely injured a muscle on his right side, but still participated in the fight.

De Santos has proved that he is a successful fighter, but needs to succeed at focusing on his health first!

Former professional boxer Laila Ali displays her toned physique in her first ever bikini photo shoot for People Magazine.

The 35-year-old mother of two tells People how she wasn’t too concerned about getting her body back after giving birth to her second child.

“The second time around I knew what to expect so I was a little easier on myself. Once I saw that you have to eat right and exercise, that’s what I did and it worked. I have to work out to be fit. I love running. I run three times a week, and I do strength training and weights. And sometimes I throw a little spinning in there.”

Aside from working out, Ali watches what she eats by sticking mainly to proteins and vegetables.

We have to admit that Ali’s diet and work out regimen works in making her one hot mama!

Amber Rose Weighed In At 202 Pounds While Pregnant

Kim Kardashian isn’t the only celebrity who gained a lot of weight during pregnancy.

Amber Rose recently admitted she weighed in at 202 pounds while pregnant with her rapper boo Wiz Khalifa’s son Sebastian.

Determined to get her pre-baby body back, Amber Rose is working hard with a trainer. Finding time away from being a busy mommy and girlfriend, she works out every day for an hour and a half. So far it’s paying off, shedding thirty pounds since giving birth;

“I have a really good personal trainer. Her name is Jeanette Jenkins. Yeah, I work out every day. It’s hard to get off baby weight. It’s a different kind of weight because for nine months you stretch your stomach out and then it’s hard to get that back. I’m working on it. I lost like thirty-some pounds already. I was 202 pounds when I had my son. But I’m tall, so it didn’t look like it.”

Standing at 5 feet 9 inches, Rose before having her baby weighed 148 pounds. If she was 202 pounds during her pregnancy, and dropped 30 pounds since, that means she’s now 172 pounds. Your are almost there Amber! Keep up the good work.

Yoga Just Got Sexier: Adam Levine Shows Off His Yoga Moves

Adam Levine is one of the sexiest people in the entertainment industry and he is no stranger when it comes to getting compliments about his looks.

With a busy schedule in tack, a judge on NBC’s The Voice and a Maroon 5 tour, he has to find a way to stay sane. While many celebrities use different techniques on the road, Adam Levine has a private yoga teacher travel with him.  Levine tells Men’s Health Magazine,

“I have a hard time sitting still.  I can be all over the map. Yoga has given me the ability to be more focused and make better decisions that come from a clear place.”

To get ready for a show, Adam does one hour of yoga before hitting the stage.  He has been doing yoga for five years and he claims he is still not a pro.  There is always something new to learn for yoga; people dedicate their lives to it and they still do not have poses down perfectly.  Yoga seems to have a very set lifestyle, but Levine has made it very clear that he does not want to live the “yoga life”.  He reveals,

“There’s a very specific yoga cliche: Eat these foods, wear these clothes, believe only these things.  I don’t want to be that.  It’s made me more successful. I love it and don’t know what I’d do without it.”

Adam’s yoga instructor Chad Dennis says that yoga is perfect for him.  He discloses that even though yoga can give you the same physical results as other workout routines, the main purpose is to teach you to be still and calm under challenging circumstances.

Megan Fox Films Trampoline Workout For “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” Movie

Not only does Megan Fox get to act in the new movie Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, but she also gets to get her workout on while she’s at it.

She was recently spotted in NYC filming a scene where she was engaging in a trampoline workout for her characters new segment. Fox is playing news reporter April O’Neil which can explain her new red hair.

The April O’Neil Character is use too being scene in a bright yellow jacket, but it’s nice to see Fox decked out in great and form-fitting athletic gear.

The film is being produced by Michael Bay the “Transformers” movie for the director.

It seems like celebrities are always looking for new ways to workout and stay in shape, whether it is a new yoga class or an intense session at Barry’s Bootcamp. Nowadays there is a new love going around called SoulCycle. It has become a new Hollywood obsession, and classes everywhere sell out in seconds. Everyone from Vanessa Hudgens to Tom Cruise to Anderson Cooper enjoy this new way to exercise. One might wonder how SoulCycle is different than regular indoor spin class and why someone would spend $34.00 on a class, but according to participants, it is worth every cent. Yes, SoulCycle is in indoor cycling class but unlike spin class, SoulCycle is stretching and cycling all at once. You get a total body workout rather than just working on your thighs and legs. It is described as “part dance party, part therapy, part communal high”. It combines the breathing taught in yoga while the intensity of cycling taught in a spin class, while also working your upper body. People describe it has a type of “high”. As of now, SoulCycle classes are only located in New York and Los Angeles, but in the next year or two, SoulCycle will be expanding to cities like DC, San Francisco, and Chicago. Everyone looks for a new way to exercise that they actually like, and this might be the one for you.
