Star of Laguna Beach and The Hills, Kristin Cavallari, has always been very healthy. With daily workouts and her healthy diet, she can maintain her very fit body. One thing Kristen turns to is a green tea latte, which she adds almond milk to.

The matcha green tea powder is very unique and usually is grown specifically in Japan. It has many antioxidants and is very rich in nutrients and fiber. According to,
