Robert Pattinson Bulks Up For Upcoming Movie Role

The famous and handsome Robert Pattinson is bulking up. Really?

The 27-year-old Twilight star has been spending more time working out at the gym. Just recently he has been seen with a more bulky frame.

Reportedly, Rob has been training with Harley Pasternak to prepare for an upcoming role for the movie “Mission Blacklist” where he stars as Eric Maddox, a military interpreter that brought down Saddam Hussein.

Now we understand the reason for the sudden dedication. Big role for now a bigger and bulkier Pattinson. Good job, Rob!

Usher Dishes In On Fitness Routine To Men’s Health Mag

usher men's healthThe talented and now muscular singer Usher is on the cover of Men’s Health Mag.

Usher is getting fit for his upcoming film Hands of Stone where he portrays boxer Sugar Ray Leonard.

He dishes to the mag talking about his fitness routine and how he stays in shape, saying:

“I train like an athlete every day, believe it or not.”

Since taking on the role, Usher has been shedding weight to get from 180 pounds down to Leonard’s 146 pounds.

His second day of training he even rode his bike to and from the gym, which is 10 miles from his home in Atlanta. Talk about serious dedication!

But Usher understands as much as fitness is important, so is taking a break. He says:

Sugar Ray Robinson said the most potent weapon in boxing is rest. Now I realize you can’t push yourself all the way. You have to pull back a little bit.”

Can’t wait to see that great bod on the silver screen. Great job on the determination for the role, Usher!

Kanye West And Kim Kardashian Take A Bootcamp Class Together

Kim_Kardashian_out_for_a_walk_in_Hawaii_081112_10The high profile celebrity couple Kim Kardashian and Kanye West took time away from their busy lives and being parents to take a bootcamp class together!

The duo were seen bright and early last Friday morning at Barry’s Bootcamp class in Sherman Oaks.

Kardashian has been known for attending this popular celebrity bootcamp class, and West has attended a couple times before.

With the media scrutiny that Kardashian has faced since having baby North West, she is working to get back to that great post-baby body like she had before.

Insider told US that she has lost 40 pounds and has 10 left to lose.

Great job Kimye, glad to see that you guys are incorporating fitness in your busy lives!

Ivanka Trump looks more glamorous than ever, and more pregnant than ever!

The 31-year-old daughter of Donald Trump took to Instagram giving thanks to Fit Pregnancy Magazine for featuring her in their October/November issue saying:

“Thank you @FitPregnancy for making me your October cover girl!”

Trump was only six months pregnant during the shoot, and had posed in a fashionable, form-fitting dress proudly flaunting her baby bump. She also showed some spice by posing in a dress with a high slit. Don’t be ashamed, mama!

Trump is due to give birth soon to her second child. We at Fit With Fallon want to congratulate the mom-to-be again!

TV Reporter Loses Weight So She Doesn’t Lose Her Job

Tory Johnson seemed to have it all. A great career as a TV Reporter, a loving husband, and beautiful children. It wasn’t until a real conversation with her boss, that made her realize that if her on camera appearance didn’t change, she could lose her job.

Even though Tory’s boss never said the exact words “you have to lose weight or your fired”, that is exactly what Tory heard. Tory was in denial, so much so that she wouldn’t wear white on camera, afraid of looking fat, and she skipped on Doctors appointments for 10 years to avoid the “fat talk”.

Realizing her boss was right, and that her job in fact was a visual job, she decided to embark on a new journey she never once tried to pursue whole heartedly.

This time around a fad diet was not going to do the trick. She decided to use the following tips, which in fact helped her lose over 70 lbs in one year.

Lolo Jones Gains 30lbs

Gaining wait to all may not be a good thing, but for Olympic Track & Field Star Lolo Jones, it is very beneficial.

Jones is hoping to make the Winter Olympic team as a bobsledder, and has told USA Today that she has gained 30 pounds in the past few months.

She has gained weight by consuming 9,000 calories a day consisting of two 1,365 calorie protein shakes and a Mc Donald’s double cheeseburger.

Lolo Says:

“I’m the heaviest ever in my life. It took so much work. I’m three pounds away from my ultimate goal.”

It was difficult to gain the weight while maintaining her figure, but for Lolo being an athlete she can definitely work it off.

She adds:

“I’m pumped about this muscle weight. My abs are still there. I’m still cut, just super solid.”

Although we at Fit With Fallon don’t encourage consuming such high carbs, unless of course its to gain muscle mass and your combining it with working out like LoLo.

Naya Rivera and Big Sean Are Engaged!

Naya Rivera and Big Sean are officially married!  After six months of being a couple, the hot pair announced the big news this evening to E! News, and boy are we excited.  Not that Naya is not gorgeous enough, but we cannot wait to see what she does in order to get ready for the big day!

Naya is an advocate of eating healthy and working out. She explained to Fitperez; ‘Legs and butt get the most attention in the Cheerios uniform, so those are my target areas. Lots of squats,’ she continued. Planks are another go to exercise for Naya. 

We will be looking forward to seeing how Naya will be prepping physically for her big day.

64 Year old Swimmer Diana Nyad Swims From Cuba To Florida

While most people throw pool parties and have barbecues Labor Day weekend, Diana Nyad was too busy swimming from Cuba to Florida.  That’s right, she swam from Cuba to Florida just a couple weeks ago without a shark cage to protect her.  Diana attempted this venture four times before accomplishing it on her fifth.  It took her approximately 53 hours to accomplish this journey, not to mention she did this at the age of 64 years old. In an interview with the New York Times, Diana said,

“I have three messages. One is, we should never, ever give up. Two is, you’re never too old to chase your dream. Three is, it looks like a solitary sport, but it is a team.”

Even though Nyad seemed a little uneasy at times, doctors did not intervene.  She had multiple doctors follow her on a boat, but there was no immediate need from them to stop her.  This would have been her last time attempting this swim whether she completed this journey or not, and we are so glad she did!

Her inspiring swim has landed her an interview with Oprah that will are this Sunday for the series “Super Soul Sunday”. Tune into the OWN network October 6th at 11am to hear Diana explain her courageous swim.

Stars Who Have Lost Weight Thanks To Dancing With The Stars

New contestant Christina Millian went to Twitter to announce that the time and effort she puts in Dancing With The Stars is starting to pay off.  The star tweeted,

“I’ve already lost 7lbs since I started #dwts! Owww!”

Christina follows many other contestants who have lost weight by joining the show.  When Marie Osmond first joined the popular show she lost 31 pounds.  By the time the show finished she lost a total of 47 pounds! Kelly Osborne lost a total of 20 pounds on the show, while Chaz Bono lost over 65 pounds.  Kirstie Alley takes the lead though claiming she lost 100 pounds!
