Lolo Jones Gains 30lbs

Gaining wait to all may not be a good thing, but for Olympic Track & Field Star Lolo Jones, it is very beneficial.

Jones is hoping to make the Winter Olympic team as a bobsledder, and has told USA Today that she has gained 30 pounds in the past few months.

She has gained weight by consuming 9,000 calories a day consisting of two 1,365 calorie protein shakes and a Mc Donald’s double cheeseburger.

Lolo Says:

“I’m the heaviest ever in my life. It took so much work. I’m three pounds away from my ultimate goal.”

It was difficult to gain the weight while maintaining her figure, but for Lolo being an athlete she can definitely work it off.

She adds:

“I’m pumped about this muscle weight. My abs are still there. I’m still cut, just super solid.”

Although we at Fit With Fallon don’t encourage consuming such high carbs, unless of course its to gain muscle mass and your combining it with working out like LoLo.

Congrats to Miss Jones for having a goal and sticking to it. We hope to see you in the Winter games.
