Ladies listen up! Suzanne Somers claims she knows the secret to preventing cellulite. Isn’t this something we all have been dying to know? And she claims it’s not from exercise alone. Now, she may be an actress, but she also knows a thing or two about health and fitness. Remember she was/is the spokeswomen for that infamous workout device the “thigh master” from back in the 90’s, author of over 20 health and fitness books, and can we say she looks fab at the age 67 years old. Suzanne shares her secret to having no cellulite below;
“Did you know cellulite is created by toxins in your body? I don’t have any cellulite because I work hard at avoiding toxins. Again the body in its wisdom is looking for storage for these chemicals we were never meant to process. Stop chemicals and your cellulite will gradually dissipate.”
Suzanne suggests to start a 30 detox to get rid of those toxins, avoid sugars, chemicals, and processed foods, balance your hormones, and find out if you have any food allergies.
