The MTV VMA’s red carpet was filled with a lot of celebrities looking fit and fabulous! But, some flopped when it came to showing off the good side of their physiques. What celeb’s do you think looked fit or flopped on the red carpet?


Jennifer Lopez Definitely looked fit last night as she strutted her stuff on the red carpet. Man, she really is putting those younger celebs to shame with a body and booty like hers! Seriously, she is forty-five and still killing it.

Taylor Swift, wanted to show off some leg with this one piece but, is she looking more skinny than fit? Or is she fab just the way she is?

These two women are usually a hit when it comes to the red carpet and showing off their physiques. They both look great for having kids and losing the baby weight, but we feel their outfits of choice are not making them look the fittest. Kimye kept a natural look with the makeup but opting for patterns for the dress made her look wide instead of showing off her frame, and Amber Rose is definitely feeling herself in this chain get up but are you feeling her?

[Workout] Get Beyonce’s VMA Body



Last night it was all eyes on Beyonce as she gave a once in a lifetime performance at the VMA’s followed up with being awarded with the prestigious Video Vanguard Award.

Bey killed the stage performing all of her hits from her latest album. While doing what she does best on stage, she was also getting a great workout in hitting all those sexy moves. By end of the performance, she was glistening with sweat, but even Beyonce can make that look good.

To have your own rendition of Beyonce’s VMA performance, while getting a body like hers too, try these moves below while listening to specific tracks from her album BEYONCE ;


Haunted; Planks – Nothing can haunt you more than this innocent looking little move. All tho you are in one still position, your core will be screaming for you to stop. This move is just what you need to do to obtain a Beyonce inspired flat tummy. Hold your plank for 1 minute.

Partition; Pelvic Thrusts – Time to get sexy, and start thrusting! Flip over from that plank on to your back and thrust away. Make sure to squeeze those glutes everytime you thrust upward. Do 3 sets of 30and you will feel the burn!

Blow; Diamond Push Ups – I love this upbeat song, but, kinda of like beyonce she even makes easy things look difficult. Diamond push ups are kind of the same. Place your hands into a diamond do 3 sets 10 diamond push ups.

Mine; Wall squats – Sit with your back against the wall in a seemingly imaginery chair. Make sure your legs create a 90 degree angle to ensure you are sitting low enough to get a good burn. Hold for 1 minute. To make it more challenging, lift one leg and hold for 30 seconds, then switch to the other.

No Angel; Burpees – Are said to have come from hell, so for this no angel workout it only made sense to throw in some burpees. To create a more challenging workout, add in a push up when you’re in the plank position of the burpee. Do 30 burpees straight!

Blue; Crunches – Hearing Beyonces baby on this track just makes me think of how many crunches she had to do to get her flat belly back. Attempt to do as many crunches you can do non stop for 1 minute straight!

Rocket; Pistol Squats – blast away stubborn jiggly legs with this move. One Legged pistol squats. If you can not balance on your own you can place your hand on a wall for some support.

Flawless ; Supermans – This move will give you a flawless back and butt. Lay on your stomach and stay lifted off the ground while rotating doing opposite arm and leg lifts making sure to squeeze those glutes 30 second rounds, for 3 sets.

Jealous; Squats – Nothing will make another more jealous than a nice booty, do 100 squats straight, and you will feel the burn. Make sure your weight is on your heels.

Drunk In Love; Half burpees – Take out the jump, and you have a half burpee. It’s still a hard little move to do. Do as many as you can for 1 minute straight.

XOXO; Stretch – Time to get that heart rate lowered with a good full body stretch for this one. Try some reaches, shoulder shrugs, leg extensions. etc.

Beyonce Does The 22-Day Vegan Challenge

Beyonce obviously isn’t shy about showing off her curves and who can blame her?  One of Beyonce’s diet secrets is the 22-day vegan challenge.

More and more people everyday decide to become vegan or vegetarian, and Beyonce is one of them.  It is known that it takes 21 days to break a habit so the purpose of 22 days is to break your eating habit as well as seeing results after that time period.  Not only will you see physical results, you will feel a lot better about yourself!  Beyonce’s personal trainer Marco Borges says that Beyonce’s go-to vegan snacks include, “the 22Days Nutrition bars. Her favorite flavors are Peanut Chocolate-Chip Nirvana, Cherry Chocolate Bliss and Pineapple Chocolate-Chip Wonder.”

Beyonce & Jay-Z Bike Around NYC


Beyonce recently showed off her fitness abilities when she rode her bike across the Brooklyn bridge.

She proved that she’s just like us normal people by opting to ride her bike to her last concert at the Barclay’s Center on Monday night, which also prompted her to post an Instagram pic of her doing so, saying:

“I biked to Barclay’s for my last show in Brooklyn!”

But Bey is not the only one who rode her bike, look’s like her fitness habits have rubbed on hubby Jay-Z! A few days later after Bey posted her pic, Mr. Carter posted a pic of himself on Instagram riding a mountain bike around the city.

No wonder Beyonce has the great legs like she does! According to Women’s Health, the benefits from bike riding is that it can give you some sexy legs. Not only do you utilize your quads, glutes, and calves to propel the bike, but another benefit is that is can work the upper body as well. It can give the bike rider a balanced tone.

So the next time you want to run a quick errand, instead of taking your car, take some pointers from Mr. and Mrs. Carter and use that bike.

Jennifer Lopez Insures Her Booty


J-Lo is known for having one of the best bums in Hollywood….and the most expensive one too!

According to Daily Makeover, J-Lo has reportedly insured her booty for a whopping $300 million dollars. Wow!

Clearly, she thinks very highly of her behind! If any unfortunate circumstance like an injury or harm is done, J-Lo made sure that her backside will be A-OK financially. Smart girl!

Beyonce’s Tour Diet Revealed


FitPerez gives us the low down on what Mrs.Carter eats while she is taking over the country on tour. Check out what they reported on below;

Regardless of whether or not Beyonce is expecting baby number 2, there’s one thing we’re 100% sure about. She looks FABULOUS!

So how does the queen manage to always stay in tip-top shape with her super busy schedule?

Well, nobody would argue that Beyonce gets a HUGE workout every night she hits the stage, but she also makes sure she eats right too!

The Grown Woman singer recently gave fans a tiny peek at her menu while she’s on tour, and not only does the food sound healthy but it also looks DELICIOUS!

Unfortunately we only get a small glimpse of her dinner, but we can see a little bit of the makings of sweet potato, chili and coconut soup! YUMMY!!!

We might have to get a little creative with the rest of the ingredients, but the fact that we have a chance to eat like the queen Bey herself is pretty awesome!

Beyonce Upset Over Photoshopped H&M Campaign Pictures

We all love Beyonce for not being shy about being booty-licious and curvaceous.

Beyonce was reportedly upset that H&M tried to photoshop her curves in their recent Spring/Summer 2013 campaign together.

A source told The Sun newspaper that Beyonce was furious once she found out H&M edited the way her body really looked.

An H&M spokesperson then admitted they had “discussions” about the pictures, but Beyonce made the overall final decision.

Beyonce also told Shape Mag;

 “Not everyone is supposed to be the same. Be healthy and take care of yourself, but be happy with the beautiful things that make you, you.”


We definitely support you. Way to go Bey!

Beyonce Reportedly Pregnant With Baby Number Two


If the rumors are true singer Beyonce is pregnant with baby number two!

We recently reported earlier this week that Beyonce cancelled her “Mrs. Carter” show tour date in Belgium due to “dehydration”.

But, sources confirmed to E! News that dehydration was not the reason for Bey Bey not to take stage. Exhaustion and dehydration may have played into it, but her fatigue symptoms are from her pregnancy.

Beyonce is use to working hard, we seen her hold nothing back when she was pregnant with baby Blue Ivy. Every pregnancy is different, so this time around Beyonce may have to take it easy.

A complete cancellation of the “Mrs. Carter” world tour may be needed, but we all know Beyonce is an over achiever. We wouldn’t be surprised to see Beyonce perform up until she is showing.

Getting some rest, taking her vitamins, drinking lots of water and mild to moderate exercising (or performing) will be recommended for Beyonce from her Doctor.

Beyonce Cancels Tour Date Due To Dehydration


Bet Bey hasn’t been drinking her water intake for the day.

Business Week reported the following;

Beyonce is canceling her Tuesday concert in Belgium because of dehydration and exhaustion.

In an email to The Associated Press, the singer’s publicist says Beyonce has been advised by her doctors to rest. She was scheduled to perform at the Sportpaleis in Antwerp. The show will be rescheduled and tickets can be used at that show.

Her next tour date is Wednesday at the same arena. The statement says “she is awaiting word from her doctors before making a decision.”

Beyonce, 31, launched her “Mrs. Carter World Tour” last month in Belgrade, Serbia. It wraps Aug. 5 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y.

To find out your proper amount of water intake for the day many factors play into it; how active you are, your nutritional program etc. However the Institute of Medicine suggests 3 liters of water a day for men, and 2 liters a day for women.

Beyonce Dishes Her Secret Diet


Beyonce is looking amazing on the cover of this months Shape magazine!

Showing off her post-baby flat tummy, Beyonce is definitely still bringing her Sasha Fierce A-game to the fitness table. If your wondering how the talented performer’s body bounced back within just three months after having her baby here’s how; She attributes 80 percent of her weight loss to cutting back on certain foods.

After gaining 57 pounds while pregnant, Beyonce explained it wasn’t easy getting the pounds off, but changing her diet really helped. Check out the snippet below from Shape magazine where she dishes her diet secrets;

“I ate a very low calorie diet. I stayed away from red meat and ate a lot of fish, replaced pasta and rice with quinoa, and drank only water. Eliminating all other liquids really brings down the calorie count. Of course exercising is important, but I think watching what you put into your body is extremely effective in terms of shedding pounds.”

Although eating clean is a priority for Beyonce, she admits she really isn’t one to count calories anymore to stay on the right track. She explains instead she now balances her meals out with healthy greens and proteins.
