Britney Spears Is Vegas Ready Thanks To Her Trainer and Intense Workouts!


As Britney is getting ready for a new album to come out December 3rd, and also a two-year gig at Planet Hollywood (which includes 50 shows) in Las Vegas, she has to be in the best shape of her life.  Celebrity fitness trainer Tony Martinez spilled the deets to E! News about Britney’s current workouts.  Her training is so intense, Tony has called it “olympic-style training”.  Britney does not like to stick to one type of workout, she likes to switch it up and do different things.  From playing tennis to climbing 10-foot walls, Tony exclusively tells E! News,

“She’s been a terror lately, working as hard as she can.  She’s using all sports right now to get ready for her 90 minute Las Vegas show.  She loves playing tennis.  She likes to serve.  She was serving the ball like Serena Williams!”

Besides playing tennis, Martinez also incorporates boxing and football.  He even spilled,

“She throws a perfect spiral every time.”

When asked what she was specifically doing to get ready for her Vegas show, Tony said,

“It is intense, interval training to keep her heart rate up.  In a show she will be dancing and singing nonstop.  In her training, she only has about 10 to 15 second rests between each set.  This is hard-core stuff.  Britney knew she needed to step up her game.  She is just drilling it but she likes too!”

How Model Nina Agdal Keeps Her Body Fit

Bebe’s new gorgeous face for their store Nina Agdal has shared her secrets to keeping a fabulous body.  Even though being 5’9 definitely helps, she still makes an effort to workout.  Especially being in the model industry, she has to keep up looking great.  At a launch party for Bebe’s new campaign in New York City, Nina shared with E! News,

“I do 20 to 30 minutes of cardio, spinning, and elliptical.  I also do weights after.”

Just like most celebrities out there including Kim Kardashian, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Sandra Bullock, Nina also does Barry’s Bootcamp.  She claims it,

“kicks your ass and you feel so good after an hour!”

Some last-minute advice about working out from Nina,

“It’s all about dedication and just going and doing it.”

Kate Hudson Taking Dancing Lessons from Derek Hough


Derek Hough revealed in an interview with E! News that he has been giving Kate Hudson private dancing lessons. Although Hough is using the time to get ready for the 17th season of Dancing With The Stars, Kate is merely doing it just for fun. Derek shared,

“I’ve been working with Kate Hudson a little bit lately for fun – just dancing for fun, giving her some lessons.”

Although Hudson will probably not be on Dancing With The Stars anytime soon, Derek did admit that he would love to see her on the show.

“She’s become a good friend and she’s great. I would love for her to do the show, but she would never. She’s fantastic. But I want her to maybe do a guest spot.”

Guess Kate will just stick to acting. As for Julianne Hough going back to Dancing With The Stars, her brother says he can’t see her returning, but Derek is extremely excited for the season due to a new format. But what’s that new format you ask? Guess you will have to watch season 17 and find out!

Sharon Stone’s Shares Her Fountain of Youth Secret


A lot of people want to know what Sharon Stone‘s secret is to have her amazing looks.  At 55, Sharon looks like she could pass for 30 (if even that).  Unlike most people her age who despise growing old, Sharon is accepting the fact that she is aging.  The actress told E! News,

“I think I am aging but I’m enjoying the process.  I think that’s really it.  I’m enjoying my years, I’m enjoying my life, I’m enjoying my family.  I’m just happy — a happy person.”

When asked what her secret is Sharon was very firm on saying there is no secret, but she did admit what she thinks she does that keeps her fabulous.

“My secret is no secret.  I just do all the things you’re supposed to do.  I eat right, I sleep, I work out, I’m happy.  I have a beautiful family, nice friends.  I choose the good things.  I choose the happy, healthy things.  I don’t choose the bad, unhealthy, unhappy things.

Looks like Sharon is living the life and looks great while doing it, and you could do if you just follow the most important rule: BE HAPPY!

Kate Middleton’s Hospital Menu


The Duchess of Cambridge should be giving birth to the soon to be Royal baby!

According to E! News, Middleton will be staying at the posh Lindo Wing of St. Mary’s Hospital in London, and will be enjoying some delicious gourmet menu items.

For lunch and dinner, the Duchess will be getting three courses which contains appetizers like cream of tomato soup, and entrees like: Lamb chops or Mediterranean grilled chicken and side dishes. And, the most devilish part: Dessert! Katie can choose from cheesecake, cheese, or more healthy options like fruit. Sounds Yummy!

Lindo Wing also offers very healthy options like vegetarian, kosher, and many different selections for the mom to be as well!

You would also never expect that bubbly would be included in a hospital menu, but the Duchess and her hospital visitors can pop a toast after the royal baby’s arrival. The menu also includes various wines and champagnes. Nice!

Reportedly Kate’s due date was July 13th or 14th, but the Duchess is ready to pop that Royal baby out any day now. We look forward to it Katie, and hope that you decide choose healthier options!

Kevin and Danielle Jonas Expecting Their First Child!


If you have been watching the past season of Married To Jonas on E!, than you know the struggle Kevin and Danielle were having when it came to the topic of babies. The big problem was that Danielle did not want Kevin to be on tour while having a baby. But surprisingly the timing is right for them!

Kevin just began The Jonas Brothers world tour with his two brothers Nick and Joe. Giving that the tour will only last a couple months, by the time Danielle gives birth, they will be off tour. Kevin told E! News Corresponder Giuliana Rancic:

“I was overjoyed. It’s been the most exciting thing in my life so far. I’m excited and I’m nervous.”

Just like all other celebrities who have become pregnant, we are excited to see how Danielle puts up with the baby weight!

Beyonce Reportedly Pregnant With Baby Number Two


If the rumors are true singer Beyonce is pregnant with baby number two!

We recently reported earlier this week that Beyonce cancelled her “Mrs. Carter” show tour date in Belgium due to “dehydration”.

But, sources confirmed to E! News that dehydration was not the reason for Bey Bey not to take stage. Exhaustion and dehydration may have played into it, but her fatigue symptoms are from her pregnancy.

Beyonce is use to working hard, we seen her hold nothing back when she was pregnant with baby Blue Ivy. Every pregnancy is different, so this time around Beyonce may have to take it easy.

A complete cancellation of the “Mrs. Carter” world tour may be needed, but we all know Beyonce is an over achiever. We wouldn’t be surprised to see Beyonce perform up until she is showing.

Getting some rest, taking her vitamins, drinking lots of water and mild to moderate exercising (or performing) will be recommended for Beyonce from her Doctor.

Shay Mitchell, who plays Emily, revealed to E! News about how much she loves rock climbing. She confesses that it is her new obsession for 2013. Emily reveals;

It is an amazing workout. I actually just rock-climbed when I was away on vacation and now I’m searching out rock climbing gyms.”

Not only does rock climbing work out every muscle in your body, it gives you a nice lean look that a lot of people strive for.
