Britney Spears Is Vegas Ready Thanks To Her Trainer and Intense Workouts!


As Britney is getting ready for a new album to come out December 3rd, and also a two-year gig at Planet Hollywood (which includes 50 shows) in Las Vegas, she has to be in the best shape of her life.  Celebrity fitness trainer Tony Martinez spilled the deets to E! News about Britney’s current workouts.  Her training is so intense, Tony has called it “olympic-style training”.  Britney does not like to stick to one type of workout, she likes to switch it up and do different things.  From playing tennis to climbing 10-foot walls, Tony exclusively tells E! News,

“She’s been a terror lately, working as hard as she can.  She’s using all sports right now to get ready for her 90 minute Las Vegas show.  She loves playing tennis.  She likes to serve.  She was serving the ball like Serena Williams!”

Besides playing tennis, Martinez also incorporates boxing and football.  He even spilled,

“She throws a perfect spiral every time.”

When asked what she was specifically doing to get ready for her Vegas show, Tony said,

“It is intense, interval training to keep her heart rate up.  In a show she will be dancing and singing nonstop.  In her training, she only has about 10 to 15 second rests between each set.  This is hard-core stuff.  Britney knew she needed to step up her game.  She is just drilling it but she likes too!”

How Model Nina Agdal Keeps Her Body Fit

Bebe’s new gorgeous face for their store Nina Agdal has shared her secrets to keeping a fabulous body.  Even though being 5’9 definitely helps, she still makes an effort to workout.  Especially being in the model industry, she has to keep up looking great.  At a launch party for Bebe’s new campaign in New York City, Nina shared with E! News,

“I do 20 to 30 minutes of cardio, spinning, and elliptical.  I also do weights after.”

Just like most celebrities out there including Kim Kardashian, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Sandra Bullock, Nina also does Barry’s Bootcamp.  She claims it,

“kicks your ass and you feel so good after an hour!”

Some last-minute advice about working out from Nina,

“It’s all about dedication and just going and doing it.”

Kate Hudson Taking Dancing Lessons from Derek Hough


Derek Hough revealed in an interview with E! News that he has been giving Kate Hudson private dancing lessons. Although Hough is using the time to get ready for the 17th season of Dancing With The Stars, Kate is merely doing it just for fun. Derek shared,

“I’ve been working with Kate Hudson a little bit lately for fun – just dancing for fun, giving her some lessons.”

Although Hudson will probably not be on Dancing With The Stars anytime soon, Derek did admit that he would love to see her on the show.

“She’s become a good friend and she’s great. I would love for her to do the show, but she would never. She’s fantastic. But I want her to maybe do a guest spot.”

Guess Kate will just stick to acting. As for Julianne Hough going back to Dancing With The Stars, her brother says he can’t see her returning, but Derek is extremely excited for the season due to a new format. But what’s that new format you ask? Guess you will have to watch season 17 and find out!

Geraldo Rivera Posts Semi-Nude Selfie


Is that who we think that is? Why yes, it’s Geraldo! Where have you been, seriously?

Taking selfies! There is definitely no shame in his game.

The Fox News Channel host recently took the popular “bathroom selfie” of himself partially nude and later posting it on Twitter, saying:

“70 is the new 50.” He also added: “Erica (wife) and family are going to be so pissed…but at my age..”

The actual 70-year-old Geraldo also said that this pic will land him in hot water. Tsk, tsk, tsk!

Hmmm….We wonder what is he doing to look so good at his age? Looks like he’s been keeping fit. He shouldn’t be found guilty for showing pride of his accomplishments.

You got to admit, his bod doesn’t look like that of a 70-year-old person. Not bad, Geraldo!

Kelly Osbourne Gets Engaged!


E! has officially announced that Kelly Osbourne is engaged to boyfriend of two-years Matthew Mosshart! As Fit With Fallon has previously reported, Kelly worked really hard to lose a remarkable amount of weight so we are just as excited to see how she plans on getting in better shape for her wedding dress!

Kevin and Danielle Jonas Expecting Their First Child!


If you have been watching the past season of Married To Jonas on E!, than you know the struggle Kevin and Danielle were having when it came to the topic of babies. The big problem was that Danielle did not want Kevin to be on tour while having a baby. But surprisingly the timing is right for them!

Kevin just began The Jonas Brothers world tour with his two brothers Nick and Joe. Giving that the tour will only last a couple months, by the time Danielle gives birth, they will be off tour. Kevin told E! News Corresponder Giuliana Rancic:

“I was overjoyed. It’s been the most exciting thing in my life so far. I’m excited and I’m nervous.”

Just like all other celebrities who have become pregnant, we are excited to see how Danielle puts up with the baby weight!

Joan Rivers: 80 and Fabulous


It is no secret that Joan Rivers has had a numerous amount of plastic surgeries. This past weekend she turned eighty years old and throughout those eighty years she has had more than forty plastic surgery procedures! But in all honesty, the surgeries do really help because she could pass for fifty. Joan jokingly told the Huffington Post back in 2012,

“Every weekend I just go in and I do something new. I get a 10th one free. It’s a little like coffee you just keep going.”

You have to give Joan credit though for being so open and honest about her surgeries considering most celebrities try to hide it. With her truthfulness she stated,

“I believe anything that can help you do it. If Botox can make you look better, do it. If you think you don’t have a nice nose, fix it. Feel good about yourself. Any of these idiots that lie to you and say they have done nothing—out here they’ve all done something. Dieting is so difficult. Everything is tough. But this is a society – every society wants people to look good. Babies respond to a prettier face.”

Even though her plastic surgery doctor is her go to, she still takes the time to get a little exercise in. She revealed to E! Online,

“I walk everywhere. I do every little thing I can to keep myself in motion. I have a trainer three times a week. I have made her go crazy. ‘Frances, how are you and the boyfriend. Let’s talk about it. Put down the weight and tell me.’ I try—we are meant to walk and move. In L.A. it makes me laugh that people get in their car, drive somewhere to walk. Whereas in NYC, they walk a lot more.”

So long story short, if eighty-year old Joan Rivers can work out weekly than so can you!
