A lot of people want to know what Sharon Stone‘s secret is to have her amazing looks.  At 55, Sharon looks like she could pass for 30 (if even that).  Unlike most people her age who despise growing old, Sharon is accepting the fact that she is aging.  The actress told E! News,

“I think I am aging but I’m enjoying the process.  I think that’s really it.  I’m enjoying my years, I’m enjoying my life, I’m enjoying my family.  I’m just happy — a happy person.”

When asked what her secret is Sharon was very firm on saying there is no secret, but she did admit what she thinks she does that keeps her fabulous.

“My secret is no secret.  I just do all the things you’re supposed to do.  I eat right, I sleep, I work out, I’m happy.  I have a beautiful family, nice friends.  I choose the good things.  I choose the happy, healthy things.  I don’t choose the bad, unhealthy, unhappy things.

Looks like Sharon is living the life and looks great while doing it, and you could do if you just follow the most important rule: BE HAPPY!

Advice from Kerry Washington: Don’t Look At A Scale Too Much

Kerry Washington has one hot body and is not shy when it comes to sharing her secrets. In fact, over the past years, Kerry has told multiple magazines different ways she stays in shapes and the one thing she never does that keeps her confident. In 2007, Kerry told People Magazine,

“In general in life I try to live it, not diet. I think that’s hard when you’re restricting a lot. So I try to take it easy on a daily basis and do what’s going to make me feel good. I love to exercise. I generally exercise every day.”

She also told People Magazine at the time,

“I watch what I eat, I do. My body is really sensitive so I’m very conscious of what I put in my mouth. I try for the most part to eat things that are going to make me feel better, not worse.”

Besides eating the proper food, she also loves getting a workout in. She does everything from pilates to hiking to different dance classes. She admitted to Women’s Health Magazine recently that pilates is her favorite though saying,

Former “Park’s and Rec” star Chris Pratt has nothing to worry about, or does he?

He recently took to the Internet by posting a selfie of himself posing his new hot bod and showing duck lips, but didn’t get the exact supportive response that he expected. Instead, his friends made fun of him. Hmmm not so nice, guys!

Pratt dropped his chubby frame and started working out for his new role in the upcoming Marvel film “Guardians of the Galaxy.”

Yahoo! Interviewed Pratt and his co-star Zoe Saldana at the Comic-Con event in San Diego this weekend, and Zaldana showed support by expressing the positive aspect of his weight loss journey:

“I feel like it would be nothing but inspiring, and encouraging, and empowering for people that are struggling with their weight.”

When Pratt was offered the role he knew that he had to make some dramatic changes, he told Yahoo!:

“I got the role like six months ago, and they were like great job, but you’re too fat. And I was like, ‘alright, I can work on that!”

Believe it or not, Pratt also gave up drinking beer for six months to get that great bod for the role.

Good job giving up the beer gut, Pratt. You look hot!

Kate Middleton Gives Birth To Baby Boy!

1371653941_kate-middleton-prince-william-lgThe craze over the Royal Baby watch is over now that Kate Middleton, The Duchess of Cambridge, and Prince William welcome a baby boy!

The future heir to England’s throne had arrived at 4:24m BST, and weighed in at 8lbs, 6oz. What a big baby!

Middleton had arrived at the hospital at 6am after going into labor, and was joined by Prince William who was along her side throughout the whole experience.

The Palace had also made some last minute changes when it came to the birth announcement. Traditionally, a royal baby’s arrival is posted on an easel, but instead a formal announcement was made.

An official statement read from St. James’s Palace said:

“As the pregnancy is in its very early stages, Her Royal Highness is expected to stay in hospital for several days and will require a period of rest thereafter.”

We hope that Middleton has a speedy recovery and eats very healthy with constant exercise now that she has to keep up with the little one!

Congratulations to the first time mom and dad, Will and Kate, and God bless the new heir to the throne!

Amy Adams Discusses Her Thoughts On Hollywood’s Standards

Amy Adams is absolutely stunning in the new movie “Man of Steel”, but just because she is very confident in the movie, does not mean she is the same way in real life. As the cover girl in the July 2013 issue of Allure, Amy revealed her true feelings about her looks. When asked if she worries about her weight and keeping up with the Hollywood standards, she admitted that she does, but she is trying her best not to, not just for her, but for her daughter Aviana as well.

“Perfect isn’t normal, nor is it interesting. Some of these actresses or public personas who are very public about their disciplined diets, more power to them. I just don’t see the point. Do you know, the people I love as actresses, I’ve never, ever sought out pictures of them to see what they look like in a swimsuit.”

She also revealed that she never wants the paparazzi to catch her in a two-piece bikini stating,

“I’m just not going to be one of those people photographed in a bikini where people like, ‘OMG, look at Amy!’ I mean, it might be OMG, but not for the reasons I want.”

As fabulous as Amy Adams looks in her new movie Man of Steel and all her other movies, she has insecurities just like the rest of us. Amy also dishes that she can play any role given to her because of her simple complextion,

“”I have no features without make-up. I am pale. I have blonde lashes. you could just paint my face – it’s like a blank canvas. It can be great for what I do.”

Melissa Mc Carthy Dishes In On Her Weight

“Bridesmaids” star Melissa Mc Carthy discusses how she was focused on her appearance in her early adulthood, but how that changed when she became a mother.

When being asked about her weight, Mc Carthy says in an interview with More Mag:

“Parts of my twenties, I was in great shape, but I didn’t appreciate it. If I was a 6 or an 8, I thought, why aren’t I a 2 or a 4? I bought into it-I should be taller, thinner, have better hair, but I think that’s part of being young. Now especially with kids, you lose any sense of time or energy to worry about all the little stuff.”

Being a mother of two, and now a busy actress, Mc Carthy is now focusing more on her acting roles and perfecting her career.

Although Mc Carthy has received negative reviews of not being thin, she brushes it off.

You don’t have to be a size 0 to be beautiful in Hollywood.

Jennifer Aniston Gets Sick After Eating McDonalds

jenanistonJennifer Aniston has one of the most amazing bodies for her age and she definitely does not try to hide that. Thanks to her organic and healthy eating habits, she has a body every women in her forties wishes for. But thanks to the lack of “healthy fast food” places in this country, she turned to eat something she never eats: McDonalds.

Jennifer and her soon-to-be husband had gone on a road trip and the only thing around to eat was McDonalds. Even though Jennifer eats healthy 24/7 and does yoga daily, she was really hungry and needed to eat. Jennifer explains her experience after eating a Big Mac with the New York Magazine,

“I’ll never forget when Justin and I were on a road trip and we were so hungry. The only thing around was McDonald’s. I think I ordered a Big Mac. Wow, my body did not react well to that! It was like putting gasoline in a purified system. I am always trying to eat organic and natural foods, so that just made my stomach turn and made me feel terrible. And I think what you put in your body, as well as stress, is reflected in the quality of your skin.”

She also gave the magazine an idea of how she keeps her skin flawless and tricks to have a body like hers.

“I can never stress enough to my friends that they must do as I do … hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Drink lots of water, get enough sleep, exercise, and eat a clean healthy diet, whenever possible.”

Kesha Goes Undercover to Workout!

Crazy, fun, and spontaneous are a few words that people would use to describe singer and songwriter Kesha. But little do people know that Kesha is just your average girl trying to fit a workout in her schedule. As if jumping up and down on the stage every night is not enough, Kesha likes to get a run in here and there. She also likes to change things up a bit admitting to Self Magazine,

“I like to mix it up because I get bored easily. I bike, I swim and I love yoga. I also love rock climbing, which I’ve done since I was 16. It’s meditative and great for toning your arms and back.”

Take note people: switch things up in your daily workout and you will never get bored!

Being in the public eye usually means not being able to go out for a run in public places, but instead being enclosed into a gym. But Kesha being the superstar that she is finds a way to get some fresh air. In fact, she usually goes undercover and no one notices her! The twenty-six year old reveals,

“On tour, I usually get offstage around 11 P.M. with the most intense adrenaline rush, so I put my hood on-nobody ever recognizes me-hit the streets and run until I get exhausted. It’s nice to get to actually experience the world and exercise at the same time.”

So next time you are out and about at 11:00 PM, there might be a slight chance Kesha will be running right by you.

Rob isn’t the only Kardashian who is shedding the pounds.Reality television star Khloe Kardashian was recently spotted flaunting her recent twenty-five pound weight loss!

The five-foot-10 reality Kardashian has lost weight from strenuous daily workouts and a strict high-protein diet.

A Kardashian insider told In Touch that she wants to look perfect.

Khloe also had to come to her sister Kim’s defense when critics bashed Kim for her pregnancy weight gain.

Khloe told E!Online: “I totally understand how she feels. I think it’s wrong that anyone would criticize anyone for their weight.”

Trisha Yearwood’s Road to Transform Her Life

Trisha Yearwood, country singer and wife to Garth Brooks, recently caught everyone’s attention by losing thirty pounds. However losing the weight wasn’t an as easy task for Trisha. In fact, it wasn’t until her parent’s death that she decided she needed to make a difference in her life. Yearwood shares with E! Online,

“Part of their illnesses were related to their lifestyles and diets”, whose mother died of breast cancer and whose father died of adult-onset diabetes.

She says that her focus on her diet was not to lose weight but to lead a healthier life. Her husband Garth Brooks has also lost twenty pounds by following his wife’s example. Trisha admits to People Magazine,

“This is not some crazy fad diet. It’s a lifelong change. I’ve seen a lot of ‘before and afters’ and this is really a ‘during.’ I’m not done. I don’t know what my goal weight is, but I’m proud of myself. I’m really happy where I am.”

She also told People Magazine her Diet Guidelines:

1. Listen to your cravings. If you’re craving something sweet, indulge yourself with a small bite of something satisfying.

2. Set small goals. Yearwood didn’t announce that she wanted to lose 20 or 30 pounds; she just quietly started eating less and less.

3. Don’t give up everything all at once. Make food swaps gradually.
