Jennifer Nicole Lee Leads Outdoor Exercise Session

Work out is the name in Jennifer Nicole Lee’s game!

Just last weekend Lee led an outdoor workout session in the Hamptons, training Real Housewives of New York star Jill Zarin and family at her home.

The 38-year-old fitness idol is also known for launching her fitness career after losing her baby weight from pregnancy.

In an interview with Dynamic Duo, she said:

“My mom is great, but she was never really healthy or had energy to exercise with us. And then I became a mom and I started to fall into the same unhealthy pattern. So my frustration of being fat and frumpy really motivated me.”

Aside from obviously proving her fitness lifestyle, she eats right to maintain that amazing physique of hers.

“I really do eat like a ‘fun fit foodie,’ because I love healthy food, but with exotic flavors, that keep my taste buds happy.”

Well of course if you want to maintain a great bod like Jen, you definitely have to put in the work and maintain a healthy lifestyle of eating right and exercising right. Remember, health first!

Jerry O’Connell Makes Healthy Changes To Wear Speedos For TV Role

Actor Jerry O’Connell is a man of many speedos…literally!

For his new role on the CBS sitcom “We Are Men,” O’Connell shows off his great bod in speedos…A lot of speedos at that! There’s no problem with that!

He discussed his role wearing the speedos at a Television Critics Association event, saying:

“It is probably the most nerve-racking job for me to put those on every morning. We’re a couple episodes in and I’m in the speedo continually.” Don’t be so modest, Jerry!

But O’Connell’s beautiful and famous wife, former Sports Illustrated Mag model Rebecca Romijn gave him some pointers on how to get speedo ready.

O’Connell revealed:

“My wife’s advice was ‘Go get a tan, do some pushups, and maybe do some pilates.”

Although O’Connell didn’t quite follow his wife’s advice, he did make some healthy changes.

“I have joined a gym and I’ve started drinking light beer,” O’Connell said.

Good job, Jerry! Glad you are making some healthy changes to get that great speedo body!

Jennifer Aniston Is Using Yoga To Keep Her Focused For Wedding

Jennifer Aniston spoke at her yoga instructor Mandy Ingber’s new book launch, Yogalosophy: 28 Days to the Ultimate Mind-Body Makeover and told the world that yoga has helped her throughout life and that she credits it to her amazing looks and fabulous body. With all the hectic things going on in Jen’s life right now, her wedding has to be at the top of the list. She told E!,

“Yoga kinds helps you prepare for everything. Honestly it’s like meditation. It just allows anything that is coming at you throughout the day to be kind of doable.”

With that said, yoga is her stress reliever as she prepares for her upcoming wedding to Justin Theroux. Jen trains with Mandy at least three times a week and she thanks the yoga pro for her legs. She confessed,

“That was always my ‘Ugh’, my legs. That’s why I credit her for them – with yoga.”

But even though Aniston might have the most amazing body for a woman her age, she still has her cheat days.

“Cheat days for me are usually… It’s Mexican food… Maybe Italian pasta, but I think you always have to do it in moderation.”

Wow Jen, you even eat in moderation on your CHEAT days. Good for you!

Plus Size Model Reality Show “Curvy Girls” Is A Hit

Tyra Banks was the first to introduce reality TV to the modeling game, with her hit show “Americas Next Top Model“.

Now there is a new hit reality show that showcases a side of the modeling industry that you don’t really get to see, the plus size side.

The show “Curvy Girls” on NuvoTV explores and showcases the lives of 6 plus size models and the unique industry they work in. With the average American woman being a size 12, we can see why this show is such a hit!

Back for its second season, Curvy Girls is bringing a whole lot more sass, and deeper story lines about it’s cast.

Cast member Ivory Kalber opens up about her past body image insecurities in this new season. She also shares her thoughts on feeling beautiful at any size.

IvoryKalberRosie, another plus model on the show explains that wight loss has always been a struggle for her. She is 340 pounds and is ready to work hard to get the weight off.

Kate Middleton’s Hospital Menu

The Duchess of Cambridge should be giving birth to the soon to be Royal baby!

According to E! News, Middleton will be staying at the posh Lindo Wing of St. Mary’s Hospital in London, and will be enjoying some delicious gourmet menu items.

For lunch and dinner, the Duchess will be getting three courses which contains appetizers like cream of tomato soup, and entrees like: Lamb chops or Mediterranean grilled chicken and side dishes. And, the most devilish part: Dessert! Katie can choose from cheesecake, cheese, or more healthy options like fruit. Sounds Yummy!

Lindo Wing also offers very healthy options like vegetarian, kosher, and many different selections for the mom to be as well!

You would also never expect that bubbly would be included in a hospital menu, but the Duchess and her hospital visitors can pop a toast after the royal baby’s arrival. The menu also includes various wines and champagnes. Nice!

Reportedly Kate’s due date was July 13th or 14th, but the Duchess is ready to pop that Royal baby out any day now. We look forward to it Katie, and hope that you decide choose healthier options!

Tia Mowry Promotes Her Vegan-ism For PETA

Former “Sister, Sister” star Tia Mowry is taking on a new role, this time on a healthier level.

Mowry is the latest celebrity to pose for PETA, but instead of going nude, she donned an apron made of lettuce for the new campaign “Let Veganism Grow on you.”

The 34-year-old star also posed with a variety of fruits and veggies, showing her love of meat-free cooking and how vegan dishes does not have to be dull. She also told PETA:

“There’s a stigma about being vegan, some people say it doesn’t taste great. Don’t knock it till you try it. The more you learn about the benefits of being vegan, the more you become alive and the more you become aware of why it’s a really great decision. Not only am I helping myself, I’m helping the animals out there, I’m helping the environment-going vegan, I feel great.”

And we can admit, Tia looks deliciously great too!

6 Kale Leaves
1 Cucumber
4 Celery Stalks
2 Green Apples
1/2 Lemon
1 piece of ginger

NOTES FOR MAKING JUICE
-peel or slice off lemon rind leaving some of the white pith
-to juice small leaves such as parsley and cilantro, roll them up into a ball to compact the leaves
-wash all vegetables and fruits before making juice
-buy organic if possible

Chilli’s Brazilian Booty Lift

Chilli from the popular 90’s R & B group TLC got up off the Wendy Williams couch on Friday during her interview to show Ms Williams how to get a Brazilian booty.

New spokes person for the Brazilian Booty Lift brand, Chilli shares on her website fitchilli.com how to get your own nice butt.

Chilli gave Wendy a tap on the butt to emphasize the importance of squeezing those glutes while doing the exercise.

Chilli explains the routine is suppose to lift and tone the butt, tighten the hamstrings, and strengthen the quads.
