Alyssa Milano Refuses To Step On Scale While Pregnant

Alyssa Milano steps on the cover of Fit Pregnancy‘s August issue looking fabulous while pregnant.  The actress is pregnant with her second child, saying “it is such a cool thing to experience.”

While some stars find it easy to be pregnant in the public eye,  Alyssa is one of them that finds it to be difficult.

“A female body is not made to look good in a bikini.  It’s made to give birth and have a baby and be a cozy companion for it afterward. And for my body, that meant putting on a lot of weight.”

Of course, being pregnant means eating more, but Alyssa chooses to go the healthy way and not indulge in junk food.

 “I didn’t indulge in fast food or junk food, so I knew it was a healthy weight. I just realized: This is what my body needs to do to have a healthy baby.”

She continued,

“We don’t get hungry when we’re pregnant for no reason. You’re making a skeletal system. You’re making organs. I refuse to look at the scale. I didn’t look at the scale with Milo until the day I gave birth. It’s funny, my file was open at my appointment yesterday and there was a big Post-it note that said, ‘She does not want to know her weight.'”

Ivanka Trump looks more glamorous than ever, and more pregnant than ever!

The 31-year-old daughter of Donald Trump took to Instagram giving thanks to Fit Pregnancy Magazine for featuring her in their October/November issue saying:

“Thank you @FitPregnancy for making me your October cover girl!”

Trump was only six months pregnant during the shoot, and had posed in a fashionable, form-fitting dress proudly flaunting her baby bump. She also showed some spice by posing in a dress with a high slit. Don’t be ashamed, mama!

Trump is due to give birth soon to her second child. We at Fit With Fallon want to congratulate the mom-to-be again!

Kim Kardashian Not Concerned With Post-Baby Body

o-PREGNANT-KIM-KARDASHIAN-570No one has seen Kim Kardashian’s post-baby body since she has giving birth to North West, and magazines and tabloids everywhere are just waiting to get the first glance.  Since the public is so concerned with Kim’s weight, you would think Kim would be just as concerned if not more.

E! ran into Kim’s personal trainer Tracy Anderson and asked how Kim was holding up and how she was trying to shed the baby weight she had gained during her pregnancy.  Even though Tracy has been helping Kim, she claims that it is not Kim’s priority.

“She’s just taking time with the baby.  She’s not concerned with working out or anything.”

Even though Kim has been out of the public eye, she has posted pictures on Instagram and videos on Keek, and she looks great!

Jillian Michaels Says No to Biological Children To Keep Fit Body

Jillian Michaels’ is known for her amazing body worldwide, and she plans on keeping it that way.

Having children is a beautiful thing, but to some what it does to the body, not so much.

You rarely hear a woman say that she’s not willing to get pregnant because she doesn’t want to mess up her perfect figure but then again, every woman is not Jillian Michaels. Jillian revealed to Women’s Health Magazine,

“I’m going to adopt. I can’t handle doing that to my body.”

She says she will stick with adopting kids. When this statement was made public, it caused a lot of criticism. A lot of people argued that many women are able to get their body back after going through pregnancy, and Jillian being an incredible personal trainer would be no different.

Amber Rose Weighed In At 202 Pounds While Pregnant

Kim Kardashian isn’t the only celebrity who gained a lot of weight during pregnancy.

Amber Rose recently admitted she weighed in at 202 pounds while pregnant with her rapper boo Wiz Khalifa’s son Sebastian.

Determined to get her pre-baby body back, Amber Rose is working hard with a trainer. Finding time away from being a busy mommy and girlfriend, she works out every day for an hour and a half. So far it’s paying off, shedding thirty pounds since giving birth;

“I have a really good personal trainer. Her name is Jeanette Jenkins. Yeah, I work out every day. It’s hard to get off baby weight. It’s a different kind of weight because for nine months you stretch your stomach out and then it’s hard to get that back. I’m working on it. I lost like thirty-some pounds already. I was 202 pounds when I had my son. But I’m tall, so it didn’t look like it.”

Standing at 5 feet 9 inches, Rose before having her baby weighed 148 pounds. If she was 202 pounds during her pregnancy, and dropped 30 pounds since, that means she’s now 172 pounds. Your are almost there Amber! Keep up the good work.

Kim Kardashian Attacked Over Pregnancy Weight Gain

Kim Kardashian is no newbie when it comes to being criticized especially when it has to do with her weight.

As the world knows, Kim Kardashian has entered a new stage in her life, pregnancy. It is no secret that when people become pregnant, they gain a lot of weight, so why is Kim Kardashian getting judged for being “fat” while pregnant?

Her weight story has been on dozens of magazine covers for millions of people to see. Covers stretch from, “Kim Kardashian’s Pregnancy Weight Gain A Ploy To Score Weight Loss Deal” to “Pregnant Kim’s Nightmare: 65-lb Weight Gain”. Others suggest that she has gained 200 pounds and Kanye is threatening to leave her if she does not lose the weight. It seems like the media is taking ownership of her body and writing and saying whatever it wants to about it.

Pre-pregnancy Kim has always been known for her fabulous curves and gorgeous looks. She has always had a rockin’ body and her workout ethic is no secret. She goes to the gym one to two times a day with a personal trainer and eats very healthy. She kept this same routine once she got pregnant due to media scrutiny, which made people wonder: is it okay to workout hardcore while you are pregnant? Medical journalist Colette Bouchez states,

“Not only is it okay to participate in fitness activities during pregnancy,
but doing so can have a positive impact on both baby and mom.”

But just because it is safe to workout, does not mean there aren’t certain restrictions. Sue Fleming, certified fitness instructor and founder of buff-fitness.com revealed,

“After the four month, your balance is affected. So that’s when you
don’t want to do anything that will put your body in an unstable
position, which is any exercise or activity that requires balance.”

To state the obvious, DON’T OVER DO IT. Non-pregnant people tend to workout until they are fatigued. It is recommended for pregnant women to stop working out before they hit exhaustion.

One way too assess yourself is try having a conversation while exercising, if the task is too hard to do both simultaneously, that means your working out too hard.

Beyonce Reportedly Pregnant With Baby Number Two

If the rumors are true singer Beyonce is pregnant with baby number two!

We recently reported earlier this week that Beyonce cancelled her “Mrs. Carter” show tour date in Belgium due to “dehydration”.

But, sources confirmed to E! News that dehydration was not the reason for Bey Bey not to take stage. Exhaustion and dehydration may have played into it, but her fatigue symptoms are from her pregnancy.

Beyonce is use to working hard, we seen her hold nothing back when she was pregnant with baby Blue Ivy. Every pregnancy is different, so this time around Beyonce may have to take it easy.

A complete cancellation of the “Mrs. Carter” world tour may be needed, but we all know Beyonce is an over achiever. We wouldn’t be surprised to see Beyonce perform up until she is showing.

Getting some rest, taking her vitamins, drinking lots of water and mild to moderate exercising (or performing) will be recommended for Beyonce from her Doctor.
