Eddie Murphy’s Daughter Reveals Modeling Horror Stories Of What Models Are Doing To Stay Thin

Our buddies over at FitPerez recently reported the low down on what really goes on in the modeling industry and It’s not as pretty as it may seem:

Model Bria Murphy, Eddie Murphy‘s daughter, recently divulged some horror stories of what she’s personally seen and experienced in the fashion world.

The 23-year-old made her confessions during a segment on Good Morning America, saying:

“Lots of girls get addicted to drugs and anorexia, it’s — there’s a whole list of things, because it’s a lot of pressure to be perfect. I’ve heard of people eating the cotton balls with the orange juice … they dip it in the orange juice and then they eat the cotton balls to help them feel full, because the cotton’s not doing anything. It’s just dissolving. And it makes you think you’re full, but you’re not.”

Bria admitted that the pressure gets to her sometimes as well. She said:

“Oh yeah, absolutely … I’m a small girl naturally, but I can gain weight. And I’m going through little hormonal changes and my body’s changing and I’m like, ‘Oh my God, I’m gaining weight this week, I’m losing weight next week.’ It’s your job to go into a room … and some people will just say no without an explanation, and some will be like, ‘Oh, your nose is too big. Your butt’s too big. Oh, your legs are flabby.’ Like, they’ll just go on you, ‘Oh, you need to tighten that up.'”

We can’t imagine how hard it must be to hear stuff like this day in and day out! But Bria must have steel will because she’s not letting any of that stop her!

Gisele Bundchen Gets Yoga Savy!

It is pretty obvious that Gisele Bundchen has one of the most amazing bodies out there, but a picture she posted on Instragram Wednesday morning confirms that she still has to work for it! Gisele posted a picture doing yoga with her seven-month-old daughter Vivan Lake Brady with the caption,

This is not the first time Gisele has posted a picture of her doing yoga on Instagram. Back in May, she posted a picture of her and a friend doing yoga with the caption,

“A beautiful way to start the morning practicing with my friend Cristina Kalyani Paes.”

After giving birth in 2009 to her son Benjamin, Gisele told Vogue,

“I did kung fu up until two weeks before Benjamin was born, and yoga three days a week”

to get back into her model shape, so I am sure she did the same thing when she gave birth to Vivian in 2012. She also was very smart while pregnant admitting,

Rihanna’s “Five Factor” Diet Plan

After seeing Rihanna strut her stuff, and hold her own during this years Victoria’s Secret fashion show, I think we all can admit she’s a singer with a top model figure to die for!

But her flawless figure wasn’t as easy to get as she may make it look. With all the party and bikini pictures she posts on her instagram, she doesn’t show all the hard work she puts in the gym with her personal trainer Harley Pasternak.

And it wasn’t just exercise alone that got her a model like figure. A specific diet that her trainer created called the  “five factor” diet is also responsible for keeping the singer in tip top shape.

A “five factor” meal plan consists of eating five small meals a day. Each meal contains five key ingredients which are protein, fiber, complex carbs, healthy fats, and a sugar free beverage.

Rihanna is allowed to have one cheat meal a week on this plan. Harley says allowing his clients to have one day to eat a meal of their choice helps them from bailing on their diet through out the week.

He revealed;

‘If you’re good all the time, you’re more likely to slip up and feel bad about your self. If you allow yourself to have a day where to eat anything you like, you’ll stay on track the other six days. That’s the secret to a great body and it keeps Rihanna happy,’
