Celebs Rita Ora and Joe Manganiello reveal wanting to be healthy

Rita Ora uses L.A. as a motivation of wanting to be healthy.

The 22 year-old singer showed off her bod wearing skin-tight Adidas work out pants and a lime green sports bra while on a juice run in L.A.

The day before Ora took to social media, tweeting:

“Hello LA. Hot LA. How I love it here, it makes me wana be healthy.”

And we want you to be healthy too, Rita!

True Blood star Joe Manganiello also admitted how he wants to look fit and healthy.

In an interview with Men’s Health mag, he revealed his motivation on his amazing physique for his role as a werewolf on the show, saying:

“I’m playing a werewolf. I want to look sinewy. I want to look like an animal when the shirt comes off, but I want it to be misleading when I have the shirt on.”

Getting that great body was not easy for Manganiello. He admitted to Men’s Health that he had an intense work out regimen that changed over time.

Jennifer Aniston plays a stripper in her new movie “We’re The Millers.”

Although Aniston won’t be nude in the film, she did have to step up her work out regiment for the racy role.

Aniston credited her yoga teacher Mandy Inger for her toned body, and explained to “Extra” that she had to double up the amount of yoga than she normally does.

“You get up into my age and you’ve gotta do a little bit more,” Aniston told Extra.

We can agree that the increase in working out is definitely doing Aniston justice!
