Khloe def got it right with one! Even though a lemon is actually acidic, when it is in water it becomes alkaline and is great for the body and will balance your pH. This in turn, will help with weight loss and many other health benefits. So grab those lemons and make them into lemon water to cleanse your system.

Jessica Simpson Is Ready To Get Married!

We all know Jessica is one of Weight Watchers biggest fans using it constantly. And with the amount of pictures she’s posting of herself on her Instagram, we know she is looking fabulous and feels very confident these days.

The famous singer and mom of two is doing everything she can to get ready for her big wedding day.  She has lost 50 pounds since having her second child after putting on a ton of weight.  Jessica’s personal trainer Harley Pasternak told US Weekly that she strength trains an hour a day three times a week and walks at least six miles a day.  Her favorite leg workouts include bench step-overs, single-leg dead lifts, and skater lunges.

When Jessica appeared on Good Morning America, she admitted that,

For breakfast, I’m an oatmeal girl. Lunch, I do bread, so I will have a sandwich.”

She also told USA Today that having kids is a workout on its own.

“With both kids, I’m running up and down my stairs a million times.  Kids can keep your metabolism going.”

Jennifer Hudson Flaunts Her Bikini Body on Instagram

It isn’t just us regular folks flaunting on instagram, celebs love to flaunt their stuff too! Jennifer Hudson was feeling so good in her bikini on a recent trip to Mexico that she had to make a collage for the world to see.

On her IG photo she explained;

“It would take mexico to get me to play on the beach! I’m so not that girl! But I work hard, I deserve it right! Plus, I earned it!”

And she has every right to feel that way. After losing over 80lbs, this singer/actress/mom deserves every like on those bikini selfie’s that she posts!

Although she is no longer part of the Weight Watchers Celeb crew, JHud explains she’s got that hang of it from here on out.  “My experience with Weight Watchers has truly been life changing,” she shared. “I am grateful for what I have learned throughout the process and will always take it with me.”

Not only does she have her food portions under control, this busy lady knows how to get in a good workout anywhere she can “Sometimes I set the timer on the stove and run up and down my steps until it goes off,” she told PEOPLE. “You don’t even need to go to the gym. Set the timer or microwave for 15 to 20 minutes and you’ll work up a sweat.”

Ivanka Trump looks more glamorous than ever, and more pregnant than ever!

The 31-year-old daughter of Donald Trump took to Instagram giving thanks to Fit Pregnancy Magazine for featuring her in their October/November issue saying:

“Thank you @FitPregnancy for making me your October cover girl!”

Trump was only six months pregnant during the shoot, and had posed in a fashionable, form-fitting dress proudly flaunting her baby bump. She also showed some spice by posing in a dress with a high slit. Don’t be ashamed, mama!

Trump is due to give birth soon to her second child. We at Fit With Fallon want to congratulate the mom-to-be again!

Victoria Beckham Takes Two Year Old Daughter Hiking!

Celebrities are using any social media they can to post their most recent workouts, and Victoria Beckham has been the latest social media butterfly to post her latest way to stay in shape.  Victoria took none other than her beautiful two year old daughter Harper on a hike with her.

Victoria posted the cute picture above on her Instagram last week with the caption:

“Love hiking with my babies”

Hopefully this will motivate mothers everywhere to get their kids to like the outdoors and get some exercise in at a young age!

Beyonce & Jay-Z Bike Around NYC

Beyonce recently showed off her fitness abilities when she rode her bike across the Brooklyn bridge.

She proved that she’s just like us normal people by opting to ride her bike to her last concert at the Barclay’s Center on Monday night, which also prompted her to post an Instagram pic of her doing so, saying:

“I biked to Barclay’s for my last show in Brooklyn!”

But Bey is not the only one who rode her bike, look’s like her fitness habits have rubbed on hubby Jay-Z! A few days later after Bey posted her pic, Mr. Carter posted a pic of himself on Instagram riding a mountain bike around the city.

No wonder Beyonce has the great legs like she does! According to Women’s Health, the benefits from bike riding is that it can give you some sexy legs. Not only do you utilize your quads, glutes, and calves to propel the bike, but another benefit is that is can work the upper body as well. It can give the bike rider a balanced tone.

So the next time you want to run a quick errand, instead of taking your car, take some pointers from Mr. and Mrs. Carter and use that bike.

Khloe Kardashian is on a workout streak and boy is it paying off! She is looking hot and is definitely not afraid to let the world know what she is doing in order to keep her fab body.

The other day Khloe shared a picture on her personal Instagram that could motivate many of her fans! Her caption to the picture was:

“I only had 35 mins to be in the gym but I hustled. Weerrrrkkk”

Daaaayyyyuuuum girl. For all you people out there who can take 30 minutes out of your day, go run on a treadmill! You could end up burning more than 500 calories!

Lady Gaga Poses Nude For V Magazine

Although Lady Gaga has been out of the music scene, she is still doing big things….and showing every-thang!

Just recently, Gaga posed nude for V Mag to promote her upcoming album, titled ARTPOP.

After the shoot, photographers Van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadi posted the pics on Instragram and Tumblr, saying:

“Get ready world for our pics of @ladygaga for @vmagazine !kisses iv #artpop.”

Perhaps this shoot was the “healthy” come back for Lady Gaga! She looked very confident with her body especially since receiving recent criticism about her weight, which forced her to reveal her eating disorder as a teenager.

The “Born This Way” artist also looked fully recovered from the hip surgery that she underwent in February.

We are glad to see the Mother Monster looking healthy and strong, and maintaining that flawless physique. Lookin’ good, girl!

Mariah Carey Is Hospitalized

Multi-platinum Award Winning Singer Mariah Carey has been hospitalized!

Carey was rushed to the hospital after dislocating her shoulder on Sunday night while working on a music video with Jeezy. It was reported that she had tripped and fell. Ouch!

She was then taken to a hospital last night where doctor’s finally reset her shoulder, and is reportedly doing just fine.

Earlier today, the pop diva posted a selfie of herself on her Instagram wearing a sling, also posting:

“Dislocated my shoulder on the remix video with Jeezy, sporting a very fashionable sling for the next couple of weeks!”

Now Mariah can take some time to relax in the sun with that great bikini bod she has! Hope ya get better soon Mimi!

Gisele Bundchen Gets Yoga Savy!

It is pretty obvious that Gisele Bundchen has one of the most amazing bodies out there, but a picture she posted on Instragram Wednesday morning confirms that she still has to work for it! Gisele posted a picture doing yoga with her seven-month-old daughter Vivan Lake Brady with the caption,

This is not the first time Gisele has posted a picture of her doing yoga on Instagram. Back in May, she posted a picture of her and a friend doing yoga with the caption,

“A beautiful way to start the morning practicing with my friend Cristina Kalyani Paes.”

After giving birth in 2009 to her son Benjamin, Gisele told Vogue,

“I did kung fu up until two weeks before Benjamin was born, and yoga three days a week”

to get back into her model shape, so I am sure she did the same thing when she gave birth to Vivian in 2012. She also was very smart while pregnant admitting,
